Job Summary
The Senior Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of sales enablement programs, from scoping and analysis of current process, identifying improvement areas, designing, developing and implementing training material and courses to the team and assessing ROI while following through on implementation. The role equips the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed, driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
This role combines program management, instructional design, content development, training delivery, and stakeholder coordination. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with Commercial leadership, Marketing, and Product teams to align enablement efforts with business objectives and establish best practices that elevate the sales organization. It is an individual contributor role with significant business impact, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and manage the development of sales enablement programs for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants and Customer Success teams.
- Design, deliver and follow through on implementation of Sales training material using instructional design and the 70/20/10 methodologies
- Produce and manage engaging training materials (storyboards, playbooks, presentations, guides, eLearning) in line with brand standards.
- Build and maintain a live ROI tracker of the training implementation to demonstrate effectiveness of the delivery while directly impacting the business KPIs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Maintain training materials through regular reviews and updates.
Support the development of best practices, policies, and processes to improve sales performance and optimize the sales process. - Attend monthly business review meetings to assess effectiveness of training implementation and address new gaps when they arise.
- Partner with sales and marketing to create impactful enablement content (playbooks, battlecards, buyer-facing collateral).
- Manage and optimize sales enablement tools (LMS, content management, CRM).
