Job Purpose:
Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that the projects involve, to make sure the project is completed within the approved budget and according to a schedule.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, arrange and provide the project working-staff by all required services/utilities as per coordinated with project/site managers
- Prepare, arrange and plan for ID’s (worker site accessibility) for company/ subcontractors/ supplier visitor/ vehicle and heavy equipment.
- Carry-out all type of communications with different departments.
- Monitor and record the ID’s expired dates for renewal or return back the clients.
- Coordinate with projects/ site managers and provide for company/ subcontractors’ accommodation, food and transportation.
- Coordinate with project/ site managers for project site set-ups.
- Support and provide all construction and consumables materials required by the project work-team as coordinated with project/site managers.
