				Optimiza is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT Service Management team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and management of the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery and optimize workflow processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
 - Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability and availability.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and user interfaces to meet business requirements.
- Manage incident, problem, change, and request management processes within ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to provide insights into IT services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues, including user access and functionality.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
