KILONEWTONS is looking for a dynamic MARKETING ASSISTANT with 3+ years of experience to support our growing marketing team in DUBAI. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and campaign coordination, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites

Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and analyze performance metrics

Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and tracking keyword rankings

Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce marketing materials (brochures, ads, videos)

Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities

Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities

Maintain marketing databases and prepare reports on campaign performance

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling content

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator)

Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred)
