Dunes Construction is a Sister Company of Dunes
Developments an Egyptian real estate developer specializing in luxury residential communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.
- Oversee petty cash management and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Review, verify, and process supplier and contractor invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions and project performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Who Are We Looking For:
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Plus: Experience in cash management and banking operations
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
