Job Title: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Location: Nasr City, Masr El-Gedida, Zamalek, Downtown
Working Hours: Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Role Overview
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across all functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration/reporting. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and management.
- Support organizational development (OD) initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
- Conduct onboarding programs and new hire orientations.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Prepare and submit regular HR activity and compliance reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years in a Human Resources role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent HR administration and organizational skills.
- Strong people management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
