We are in search of a proficient Accountant (Banking & Real Estate Development)<\/strong> to become an integral part of our finance team. The selected candidate will be vital in overseeing financial transactions specifically within the banking and real estate development industries. This role encompasses managing financial reporting, budgeting, and adherence to compliance regulations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
The successful applicant will work closely with multiple departments to deliver insights and reporting that support strategic decision-making processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in banking and real estate development.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the UAE.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
