Job Duties:

• Develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Collect and incorporate necessary discipline-specific data into BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate BIM processes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring integrated and consistent models.
• Assist in the clash detection process, identify conflicts between building systems, and communicate resolutions effectively.
• Generate detailed construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Collaborate with senior BIM staff, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain accurate, up-to-date models that align with project goals and timelines.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and protocols in compliance with organizational and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues and best practices.
• Participate in design review meetings and support construction teams with accurate, model-derived information.
• Perform model quality control and ensure compliance with required Level of Development (LOD) and BIM execution plans.
• Contribute to BIM implementation efforts, including workflow development, training sessions, and process optimization.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• - Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• - From 2 to 3 Years experience.
• - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD is a must.
• - Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo is a plus.
• - Strong 3D modeling & plan reading skills are required.

• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
