We are currently hiring a full-time, onsite BIM Electrical Engineer specializing in Power, Lighting, and Low Current (ELV) systems to join our growing team in Nasr City. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for Power Distribution (MDB, SMDB, DBs, cables, conduits, cable trays).
• Design and document Lighting Systems including illumination calculations.
• Model and coordinate Low Current Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Data, BMS).
• Implement Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems in BIM models.
• Prepare Shop Drawings, Coordination Drawings, Schedules, and BOQs using Revit MEP.
• Conduct Clash Detection in Navisworks Manage and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with codes such as NEC, IEC, NFPA, and IEEE.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Structural BIM Engineers for project coordination.
• Integrate legacy AutoCAD drawings into BIM models when required.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in Power, Lighting, Low Current, and ELV systems.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with codes: NEC, IEC, NFPA, IEEE.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel for BOQ preparation).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in LOD 300–400 models.
• Previous experience in major projects (Hospitals, Malls, Towers) is preferred.
• Good command of English (reading and writing).

• Working Hours: 9:00 - 6:00 including 1 hour break
