Senior Electrical Engineer - Site

· Responsible for developing, reviewing, modifying, and approving electrical design plans along with work schedules.
· Collaborate effectively with clients and fellow engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals, while expanding your network.
· Focus on maintaining and enhancing existing engineering processes.
· Engage in conferences, events, and various networking and professional development opportunities.
· Prepare budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various documentation as needed.
· Evaluate current processes and organize meetings to explore improvement initiatives.
· Conduct research, perform diagnostics, and troubleshoot electrical equipment as necessary.
· Support recruitment, training, and onboarding efforts.
· Promote a safe and positive working environment for all team members.
