We are looking for a talented and strategic Commercial Manager to lead our commercial efforts within a high-profile project. You will play a vital role in managing financial performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy and implementation for the MAS 145 MM MDUWFP260136 project, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company.
- Oversee all aspects of contract management including negotiation, execution, and compliance, and ensure all initiatives meet financial targets.
- Develop comprehensive forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and revenue.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and address potential commercial risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance collaboration and value delivery.
- Implement best practices in commercial management and provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on financial performance and contract compliance.
- Engage with the finance and legal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and strategic goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial management roles, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and financial management.
- Proven track record of effective negotiation and contract administration.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
