Director - Cost Planning (Residential Developments) will oversee the cost planning functions for residential projects within Qiddiya Investment Company.
- Lead the cost estimation process and development of cost plans at various stages of design.
- Ensure alignment between project costs and budgetary constraints.
- Manage and coordinate with cost consultants for deliverables.
- Track design changes and analyze their cost implications.
- Prepare detailed budget estimates for management approval.
- Maintain cost plans consistent with Qiddiya's Cost Breakdown Structure.
- Review project team cost plans to ensure accurate data and compatibility with market conditions.
- Implement strategies for design optimization and value engineering.
- Oversee the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and pre-tender estimates.
- Provide cost information to support strategic business planning.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in cost planning, particularly in residential development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus.
