Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a highly experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Project Controls for the MAS176 MDUWFP260121 project. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive project control plans and systems
- Lead and mentor the project controls team, ensuring high standards of performance
- Monitor and analyze project progress, preparing accurate forecasts regarding time and cost
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project objectives and performance metrics
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing detailed reports and updates
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in project controls
- Utilize advanced project management software for reporting and analysis
- Continuously evaluate project control processes for improvements and efficiencies
إمتيازات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls and planning, with a strong focus on large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, preferably in the sports or entertainment sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and cost control systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience working in the Middle East is a plus.
