Role Summary
Operate and maintain production machines to meet schedule and quality standards. Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Technical Certificate
- 2–3 years of experience as a machine operator in a production environment
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines
- Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Record operational data and follow safety protocols
- Support preventive maintenance and report issues
- Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Product accuracy and quality
- Defect and reject rate
- Compliance with safety procedures
- Machine uptime and efficiency
