Food Quality Officer

We are looking for a Food Quality Officer to join our team at Smart Taste. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Safety or a related field and be a Saudi national. Relevant experience in food safety is essential, and the salary will be discussed during the interview. Candidates must have the following certifications: - ISO 22000 - ISO 9001 - ISO 45001 - HACCP Key responsibilities include: - Preparing daily reports on product quality. - Monitoring the receipt of raw materials ensuring they meet quality standards. - Tracking products and identifying critical control points in production lines. - Calibrating scales and heaters in the factory. - Operating equipment, such as humidity meters and oil oxidation analyzers.
