Executive / Salesperson – Lead Generation Focus
Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time – Limited Contract
About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team
in Egypt, focusing on lead generation and business development. The ideal
candidate will have experience in sales (preferably in the services sector) and
a proven track record of building strong client pipelines. This role will
directly contribute to expanding our client base and achieving revenue growth
targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Support proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
- Report regularly on sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management (services sector preferred).
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital lead generation methods is an advantage.
