Drive growth and achieve sales objectives by effectively managing the sales team.
Lead the management process, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Foster and nurture robust, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and comprehending their requirements.
Report on sales, revenue, and expenditure while providing realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and changes in the market while staying well-informed about new products and competitors.
Coach, develop, and supervise the team to meet sales targets.
Evaluate and monitor team performance using Nawy dashboards and internal systems.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
