  • Drive growth and achieve sales objectives by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Lead the management process, set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
  • Foster and nurture robust, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and comprehending their requirements.
  • Report on sales, revenue, and expenditure while providing realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and changes in the market while staying well-informed about new products and competitors.
  • Coach, develop, and supervise the team to meet sales targets.
  • Evaluate and monitor team performance using Nawy dashboards and internal systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
