Drive growth and achieve sales targets through effective leadership of the sales team.
Oversee objective setting, coaching, and performance measurement for sales representatives.
Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers by actively partnering with them and addressing their needs.
Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, and expenditures, along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
Recognize emerging market trends and shifts while maintaining a keen awareness of new products and competitive landscape.
Guide, develop, and supervise the team to meet the established sales goals.
Evaluate and monitor team performance using Nawy dashboards and internal systems.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
