  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets through effective leadership of the sales team.
  • Oversee objective setting, coaching, and performance measurement for sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers by actively partnering with them and addressing their needs.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales, revenue, and expenditures, along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Recognize emerging market trends and shifts while maintaining a keen awareness of new products and competitive landscape.
  • Guide, develop, and supervise the team to meet the established sales goals.
  • Evaluate and monitor team performance using Nawy dashboards and internal systems.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
