Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager of Procurement and play a key role in shaping the procurement strategies that will support our innovative and ambitious projects in entertainment and beyond. As part of our team, you will manage procurement operations to ensure they align with our strategic goals while maintaining optimal supplier relationships and driving value for the company.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement procurement strategies that address project needs and elevate operational efficiency
- Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Build productive relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and compliance with established agreements
- Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers and solutions that meet quality and cost expectations
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
- Provide leadership and direction to the procurement team, encouraging growth and development
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and forecasting related to procurement activities
- Prepare insightful reports and analyses for senior management regarding procurement activities and trends.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in a large-scale project environment
- Strong background in supplier negotiation and contract management
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in the use of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement
