As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will ensure adherence to national and international Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations within various airport construction projects. Your role encompasses the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety procedures tailored to each site, alongside conducting risk assessments and preparing emergency response plans. You will be responsible for investigating incidents and near-misses, facilitating root cause analyses, and instituting corrective and preventive measures. Monitoring HSE compliance among contractors and delivering safety training to project personnel are critical aspects of this position. Coordination with project management and relevant authorities regarding HSE requirements will also be a key responsibility.
