As our portfolio of B2B and B2G projects continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to strengthen our delivery capabilities and ensure the successful execution of projects across multiple sectors.
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget — while maintaining high client satisfaction and adhering to organizational and financial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
- Monitor project performance metrics and ensure adherence to financial and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project deviations.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and quality standards where applicable.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, finance, and operations to ensure project success.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and delivery practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is required.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within technology, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of project budgeting, financial control, and cost management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong presentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication abilities.
