Job Purpose

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Lectronic’s e-commerce business operations, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires hands-on leadership in strategy development, operational execution, vendor management, and marketplace growth, with a strong focus on profitability, margin management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring smooth vendor onboarding, product listing, pricing, order fulfillment, and after-sales services.
  • Lead and manage the e-commerce team remotely from Egypt, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with multiple vendors, negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and profit margins.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs including sales growth, conversion, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive digital marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing teams to increase traffic and sales.
  • Oversee logistics, supply chain, and payment processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare regular reports and business reviews for the CEO, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Implement project management practices to manage new initiatives, campaigns, and e-commerce projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi market standards, regulations, and customer expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in e-commerce management and online marketplace operations.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, and electronic products retail.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor management, pricing strategy, margin/profit analysis, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience working in or with the Saudi market is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
