Key Responsibilities
Conduct
outbound sales calls
targeting potential B2B clients.
Effectively promote and sell
remanufactured toner cartridges
, emphasizing cost savings and ecological advantages.
Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate toner solutions.
Maintain and manage the customer database using (CRM) software.
Follow up on leads and quotations to successfully close sales.
Meet and surpass
weekly/monthly sales objectives
.
Develop robust professional relationships with clients to foster repeat sales.
Provide valuable customer insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and current industry trends.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Proven experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling
(preferably in B2B sales).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
Basic knowledge of printers, cartridges, or office supplies is an advantage.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
