Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls targeting potential B2B clients.
  • Effectively promote and sell remanufactured toner cartridges, emphasizing cost savings and ecological advantages.
  • Assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate toner solutions.
  • Maintain and manage the customer database using (CRM) software.
  • Follow up on leads and quotations to successfully close sales.
  • Meet and surpass weekly/monthly sales objectives.
  • Develop robust professional relationships with clients to foster repeat sales.
  • Provide valuable customer insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and current industry trends.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling (preferably in B2B sales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.
  • Basic knowledge of printers, cartridges, or office supplies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
