Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and driven Manager - Architecture & Platform to play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape. In this position, you will oversee the architecture and platform strategy, ensuring that our systems are both robust and scalable to support our ambitious projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to Qiddiya’s vision of creating an extraordinary entertainment and cultural destination.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and governance for all platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural frameworks and guidelines that promote efficiency, flexibility, and scalability across all digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure that all technical solutions meet business needs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organization's architecture.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding architecture standards, processes, and design artifacts.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to drive alignment on architectural decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support project teams during the development lifecycle to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners to optimize platform performance and capabilities.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and platform management, with a strong background in enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully leading architectural initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and technologies related to cloud, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in using DevOps practices to enhance architectural delivery.
- Relevant certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
