People Operations Specialist

Our People Operations is the custodian of our HR systems, teams’ operations and admin function; the driving force behind our local People teams, the People Operations leads all administrative activities and coordinates the necessary operational tasks to ensure that we can deliver first class service to our people, with accurate and timely data and reporting. 

  • Drafting and archiving all team administration including hiring documentation, reports, letters and other people related correspondence 
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of systems, processes and objectives, to offer best in class HR Service delivery  
  • Acting as custodian of the People team’s tech tools, (Lattice, BambooHR), ensuring these remain up-to-date accurate and are a single source of truth for all relevant stakeholders  
  • Tracking and monitoring leave balances for all local employees, escalating any exceptions and guiding colleagues on the correct adoption of company practices 
  • Facilitate and contribute to the onboarding program ensuring all new joiner documentation is completed and people are onboarded effectively, to ensure a smooth transition in their new roles 
  • Compiling detailed and accurate monthly reporting to facilitate the timely processing of people operations tasks, such as payroll  
  • Acting as a champion of the organisation’s Values and contributing to building a high performance and engaged culture 
  • Self-lead learning, keeping abreast of international best practice at all times 
  • Identifying any issues within current working practices where possible, suggesting solutions to ensure continual improvement

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • At least 2 years’ experience as People Operations or a comparable role 
  • Proven track record operating in a busy HR / People admin function across multiple areas of HR
  • Excellent administrator; with extremely high attention to detail and good analytical skills 
  • Agile, flexible and responsive approach to work 
  • High focus on achievement and results delivery 
  • Proven track record in a People/HR admin role, would be a distinct advantage 
  • Previous experience within a tech environment, would be a distinct advantage 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and great attention to detail; able to provide meaningful reporting and narrative on market insights  
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems and local Labour Law 
  • Previous experience within a tech environment, startup, rapidly-scaling business and/or in a matrix organizational structure would be a distinct advantage
