- Oversee the service requirements of walk-in SME clients while minimizing the involvement of the SE Account Manager in operational concerns.
- Carry out maintenance tasks, including handling KYC, managing compliance activities, and addressing exceptions.
- Deliver 'superior customer service' and serve as the primary contact for SE Account Managers, effectively handling all escalated and complex customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Enhance cross-selling opportunities by directing leads to the SE Account Manager.
