We are looking for a Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.
Responsibilities:
- Develops finance strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.
- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy.
- Reporting to senior management accounts of the company and associated reporting and analysis including the Company's balance sheet, comprehensive statement of income and commentary on key movements.
- Monitor banking activities of the organization.
- Ensure adequate cash is available to meet the organization's needs.
- Reporting quarterly and annually audited financials along with prudential report to SAMA. Ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures, local (SAMA, SOCPA), regional and corporate reporting requirements (IFRS & IAS). Conduct profit and cost analyses.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
- 7 years
Job-Specific Skills:
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Leadership abilities
