The Supplier Relationship Manager is a member of the MEA, India & Pakistan Supplier Relations team, reporting to the Team Lead, Supplier Relations who is based in the Dubai office.

You’ll be the driving force that will take our local supplier partner relationships, who are enabling Internet and Cloud services, forward and tell our story far and wide. You’ll make sure that all our connectivity service options guarantee an amazing customer experience along their entire journey and supports their businesses today, tomorrow and into the future.
You will work with a passionate and professional team of supplier management representatives in the Middle East Africa India region. As the Supplier Relations Management team, it is your shared objective to find, develop and manage first in class local partner relationships that can deliver a unique commercial and operational customer experience. Ultimately your contribution will drive growth for Expereo being the visionary partner for our customers.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and develop relationships and service level agreements with ISPs, Carriers and Telecom and Equipment organizations within your nominated countries and region.
• Become the “go to” expert for Expereo’s Internet services in your countries of responsibility.
• Consistently assess Expereo’s cost profile with its local providers and identify initiatives which will result in cost savings
• Responsible for quality checks, pricing negotiation and coordination with the Sales and Service Delivery team
• Prepare supplier partner communication plans and contracting options, by negotiating and regularly reviewing terms and conditions with the supplier
• Work closely with Expereo’s internal teams to execute negotiation strategies that include most favorable options for pricing, process, service, and quality
• Own supplier relationship management and ensure supplier development
• Initiate day-to-day follow up with suppliers
• Regularly review the operational and commercial performance of the carriers/providers, initiate improvements and change carrier/provider preferences where required
• Keep track of new developments in the region, in terms of available service technologies, pricing, service levels, and regulatory environment
• Act as an interface between Expereo and supplier partners within the designated region and support operational escalations
• Ensure that the Supplier Partners, products, services, pricing and relevant related details are properly administrated in the Expereo Systems.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Educated to college degree or higher educational level
• A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Customer focused and strong communication skills; enjoys building and maintaining relationships
• English language communication skill
• Good negotiation skills
• Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
