Delta Construction is Hiring – Architectural Site Engineer
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Site Engineer to join our team at Delta Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising architectural works on-site, ensuring design accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of finishing and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee architectural and finishing works on-site.
- Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and project policies.
- Prepare regular progress and quality reports for management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision with a strong background in architectural finishing.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural details, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
- Workdays: Saturday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
