Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire the creative team (designers, writers, marketers, and more) to deliver high-quality, innovative work.
- Oversee the full creative process—from brainstorming to final execution—ensuring projects align with brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into campaigns that connect with our audience.
- Encourage out-of-the-box thinking while keeping deadlines and deliverables on track.
- Mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and help them grow professionally.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in retail, e-commerce, and gaming to inject fresh ideas into our projects.
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, or Creative Team Leader.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in design, content creation, or campaign development.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills—you know how to balance guidance with creative freedom.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
