Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create visually appealing promotional content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials in line with Sealy's standards.
- Create digital assets for social media campaigns, websites, and email marketing.
- Assist in the design of sales presentations and trade show exhibits that effectively communicate key messages.
- Revise and edit designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards to continuously improve the quality of work produced.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in print and digital formats.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality output.
