We are currently looking for a Director, Business Development & Sales to join our Digital team, this role is going to be responsible for full sales cycle, client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Builds deep, long-term business relationships at a strategic and decision-making levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner
- Build a qualified government pipeline funnel across priority public entities (e.g., Culture, Tourism, Education, Health, Municipal & Rural Affairs, giga-projects)
- Manage full-cycle B2G sales: Prospect → qualify → solution/PoC → proposal/RFP response → commercial negotiation → award → handover
- Manage registrations and procurement navigation, pre-qualifications, framework agreements, and RFP/mini-bid processes (e.g., Etimad); prepare single/limited-tender justifications when applicable
- Translate agency pain points into sharp concepts/PoCs with measurable outcomes, working with pre-sales, product, engineering, and delivery
- Build multi-threaded relationships (business owners, CIO/CTO, procurement, finance, legal); secure executive sponsors
- Co-sell with cloud providers, SIs, and ISVs; craft joint offerings tailored to government needs (data residency, cybersecurity, integration)
- Maintain clean CRM, realistic forecasts, and deal/risk reviews; ensure terms protect margin and delivery feasibility
- Track public budgets, programs, competitors, and policy items affecting digital/AI procurement; feed insights to leadership.
