BI Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced BI Specialist to design and build high-quality dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, interactive dashboard development, and experience working with large, complex datasets. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Dash (Plotly), Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines in Dataiku (DSS), including datasets, recipes, scenarios, and integration of Dash apps within DSS.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all dashboards and reporting outputs.
• Write efficient SQL, Python, or R scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize Dash (Plotly) to create interactive visualizations, handling callbacks and responsive designs for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to source, clean, and structure data from APIs and internal systems.
• Apply statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to support business insights.
• Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh processes.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and workflows.
