Sales Specialist

Almajdiah is offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist. The position is a full-time role with immediate hiring available. Candidates are expected to possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Relevant work experience of at least two years in sales is required, preferably within the real estate or property development sector. A strong skill set in communication and persuasion, the ability to establish excellent relationships with clients and understand their needs, and familiarity with modern sales strategies and techniques are essential. Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, skills in report preparation and sales performance monitoring, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets are also valuable assets. A solid understanding of the local real estate market will be considered an additional advantage.
