Nasoft is currently seeking a Telesales Representative with strong English language skills (B2 level) to join our client's team. This role is vital in driving sales and fostering relationships with our customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to promote new products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding potential improvements to sales processes.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Proficiency in English, with a minimum B2 level of fluency.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle objections and work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Working Conditions
    • Total working hours: 9 hours per day — 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
    • Shift times may vary based on business needs (rotational shifts).
    • Two days off per week (rotational schedule).
    • Work mode: Office-based
    • Location: Sheikh Zayed
    • Performance evaluation: based on sales targets, call quality, and attendance.
