Nasoft is currently seeking a Telesales Representative with strong English language skills (B2 level) to join our client's team. This role is vital in driving sales and fostering relationships with our customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and drive sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to promote new products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions within the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide feedback to management regarding potential improvements to sales processes.
