Key Responsibilities:

• · Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and bug fixes across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• · Manual Testing: Perform in-depth manual testing, including exploratory, functional, Smoke, Sanity and regression testing, to identify and report software defects.
• · Test Automation:
• o Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
• o Create and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium.
• o Create and execute automated tests for mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Appium.
• o Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.
• · Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• · Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
