WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop an understanding of customer requirements, using a consultative selling approach, and act more like an adviser than a salesperson. Instead of pushing a specific product, recommend various solutions to potential customers based on their needs.
Develop an extensive knowledge of a wide range of products offered to enhance the ability to propose the right products and services to clients.
Generate leads, and follow up with customers to achieve company sales targets, credit goals, and protection agreements.
Review product manuals and training by maintaining product lines’ working knowledge.
Follow and meet sales performance standards.
Provide consumers and clients with advice to improve their lives, helping to develop long-term relationships.
Stays current and understands the implications of upcoming events, product updates, selling process requirements, and Company initiatives.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT FOR THIS ROLE:

Bachelor’s degree in business, interior design, Arts, or related field.
5 - 7 years of experience in sales.
Passionate about lighting products and interior design.
Superior customer service skills and thorough understanding of the sales process with a needs-based approach.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent proficiency in the English Language.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
