Your day to day

  • Manage employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • HR support throughout the employee lifecycle from Onboarding to exit.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR colleagues on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for enrolment of employees' medical insurance
  • Support recruitment process, payroll, Reports
  • Complete any ad-hoc project work as required

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field or equal proven experience in a similar HR role. 2 - 3 years of work experience in similar profile.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (especially Excel and PPT)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work on own initiative. Outgoing personality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in HR software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team .
