Execute trade promotional plan for designated product.
Looking after all trade promotions (placing promotions based on marketinthe g calendar).
Conducting market visits- monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategy, current promotions, and stock level across POS (point of sale) in all our branches/showrooms.
Monitoring stock movement to store, suggesting promotions or trade deals on slow-moving products or promotions.
Category management working with each product manager (planogram, promotion, merchandizing, communication) for key products or special projects.
Developing promotional calendar and planning the activities accordingly from product design suggestions, and shoots to delivery of final activity and reporting of results.
Executing BTL activities (POP up stores, seasonal sales, promotional material, new product launch and listing, sampling, consumer promotions).
Actively taking part in product launch (giving a presentation to the sales team on new SKU).
Forecasting for various trade deals, and consumer offers and passing it to the demand planning team as per the agreed cycle planning calendar.
Follow up with sales/product manager to achieve estimated sales on trade deals.
Market spend optimization and helping dealers/distributors/showrooms to sell out the stock through various ATL/BTL activities and the season cycle.
Attending customer complaints and following up with the concerns on solutions.
Responsible for performance report that correlates the MKTG spend to our campaign/ activity KPI.
Regular Reporting to global partners on international budget spend and activities.
Tracking down the sell-out data by SKU and analyzing each product every week in each POS/ showroom. Preparing sales tracker for the same.
Conducting market research by monitoring competitor activity, and evaluating visibility & market coverage of our products through regular market visits.
Contributing & executing marketing plans & projects.
Collect and disseminate Best Practices for profitable trade marketing activities.
Carry out any other assignment as may be determined by the management of the trade marketing function.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales Management
Presentation skills are a must with English proficiency
Relevant experience: minimum 2 years of Trade Marketing or Category experience in the retail industry.
Relevant exposure 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Marketing functions role is a PLUS.
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
