We are actively seeking a skilled Tier II NOC Engineer to join our team. As a Tier II NOC Engineer, you will be working on shift basis and only ask for supervision for unusual cases, Works on assignments that are complex, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations performing various tasks, Your work will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of critical network elements and applications within our Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities:
As a Tier II NOC Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring critical network elements and applications using various network monitoring systems.
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications networks in a NOC environment.
- Testing new and existing hardware and software installations.
- Utilizing computerized network management systems to identify and address system alarms.
- Following procedures to validate, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
- Working second and third shifts, and overtime as needed, especially during network outages.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in IT Networking Field
- Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- Working in shifts.
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of network monitoring systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing telecommunications networks.
- Familiarity with computerized network management systems.
