We have an exciting opportunity for you as Front Office Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina

As a Front Office Supervisor you are responsible to supervise function of Reception during your shift and achieve highest Guest Satisfaction. Moreover, the role includes key responsibilities such as:

  • Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
  • Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain good working relationship with all Front Office Team
  • Supervise all Reception colleagues ensuring guests are taken care of in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
  • Deal swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to Guest complaints and follows through
  • Maintain awareness of guest profiles
  • Check all cashier's city ledger bills at the end of shift to ensure that the billing and attachments are correct.

The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 5* city hotel in Dubai and has strong capabilities in handling multiple tasks & organizing, detail-oriented and proven track record. Must have strong leadership skills, able to motivate and lead colleagues to achieve the department’s vision and measurable goals. Possess the ability to make informed decisions through organizing, planning & taking ownership to assigned responsibilities. Also must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
