• Develop the company’s supply chain strategy

• Analyze data from suppliers and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

• Evaluate and report on KPIs

• Monitor demand, supply, production, and logistics to make sure they run smoothly

• Manage to maintain supply chain inventory and records

• Train and guide employees

• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes

• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain

• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards

• Supervise communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

• Manage to build an effective communication channel with suppliers, and regularly review and update the list.

• Cost optimization and control to minimize COGs comply with yearly budget and enhance procurement functions.

• Increase operations efficiency by reducing downtime, improving product quality, and reducing defect rate.

• Optimizing the utilization of SAP

• Managing and training team to enhance and improve team skills.

• Regularly review stores' stock to plan and manage product shuffling according to the store’s sales and stock availability.

• Manage and distribute the rotation stocks by area in between retail channels, B2B, wholesale, and E-commerce platforms.

• Regularly extract stocks, and sales from applied system (SAP) to develop and communicate sales dashboard reports to assigned departments.

• Develop inventory strategies, and manage to ensure alignment with production schedules on existing portfolio, new products, and product phase-outs.

• Confirm and approve orders in and out to the warehouse according to production required specifications (Color – Size – Quantity… etc.)

• Coordinate with warehouse to plan and manage inventory, and to support materials shortage.

• Monitor and correct inventory levels across warehouses to maintain the optimum quantity and mix of inventory and maximize working capital

• Experience in Supply Management and Inventory Demand Planning and Analytical Skills Management

• Expertise in Procurement and Vendor Management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a supply chain management role, preferably in the luxury goods industry

• Knowledge of sustainable practices and experience in implementing them within the supply chain process is a plus

• Working experience with relevant software (SAP MM)
