As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and maximize revenue. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing strategic marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer engagement in the E-Commerce space.
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Overseeing the development of effective digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive website traffic and online sales.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and cohesive brand messaging.
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with external parties, such as media, influencers, and industry associations, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
