  • Minimum 4 years of experience with freight forwarding and logistics activities
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute synergistically.
  • Ambition to surpass sales targets.
  • Sales experience with success in the cold-calling environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively train others, preferably with experience in doing so.
  • Ability to make quick, smart business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Previous management/supervisory experience preferred.
  • Perform thorough market research to uncover potential clients and market trends, while analyzing competitors and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish a strong customer base
