The Role

The Digital Media Executive is responsible for accurately setting up campaigns in social platforms, optimizing performance as well as providing post campaign analysis. This role plays a crucial part supporting the various business divisions, which is essential for growth and attracting prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign set up

  • Set up new social media campaigns, following receipt of a brief which includes target audience, budget, and messaging to be used.
  • Weekly delivery of social media campaigns supporting our network of UK offices that promote properties in the local area.

Campaign checks and optimization

  • Review campaigns thoroughly before publishing, checking for accuracy against a checklist

Daily checks

  • Carry out daily checks for all live campaigns to ensure they are running correctly
  • Make the team aware of any campaigns performing below benchmarks so we can discuss how best to optimize and change approach

Reporting

  • Generate regular reports using a dashboard and adding commentary which can be shared with business stakeholders
  • Assist in business updates by preparing information as and when requested

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in campaign set up
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in paid social media

Candidate Profile, Skills & Experience

  • Experience setting up paid social media campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager and Linkedin
  • Good analytical skills. Comfortable with preparing reporting information
  • Ideally has experience using Google Analytics
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • English speaking
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts and terminology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum Graduation required.
  • Ideally has experience setting up adverts on additional social media platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube, Tiktok and X (formally Twitter).
