Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing communication with customers, conducting market research, collaborating with the sales team, and developing marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service support as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and develop marketing strategies
• Customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Relevant skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
