We are looking for a proactive
Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our daily operations.
Responsibilities: - Office Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Communication:
- Act as a liaison between team members and external contacts.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is a plus.
