- Generate comprehensive social media reports to track performance and identify growth areas.
- Manage the overall social media performance, including tracking key metrics, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Utilize monitoring and listening tools to gather insights and stay informed about online conversations and brand mentions.
- Collaborate with experienced marketing agencies, when needed, to enhance our social media presence and reach a wider audience.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with 2 to 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling social media content.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools to schedule and publish posts efficiently.
- Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand content using image and video editing tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- A creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
