Responsabilites:




    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

    • Reaching out to customer leads through referrals.

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and comments.

    • Selling branded residences using comprehensive negotiations.

    • Maintaining positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.

    • Submits orders by referring to price lists to the concerned department to top off the sales process.

    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the sales unites and payment services

    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

    • Hire real estate brokers matching with company criteria & ensure constant follow up with them.

    • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

    • Submitting the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly results reports.




Specifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

  • Real Estate background is a must (Preferably in New Capital).

  • Good Sales experience 1-2 years.

  • High proficiency in English.
