Product Training Manager

As a Product Training Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the Bayut and dubbizle learning services program across various formats of trainings and education. This is a great opportunity to build a program from scratch to increase product knowledge and therefore product usage for the entire customer base. The position will play a significant role in driving awareness and managing training programs across the customer lifecycle for new and existing customers.

In this role, you will:

• Establish a product learning program for Bayut and Dubizzle products across the entire customer base
• Build a customised and tiered training approach for all customer 
• Own the responsibility for creating awareness, registrations, coverage, and delivery of training across all formats - face-to-face and online
• Become the expert in all core products and establish an advisory function for the customers to answer product-related queries and concerns
• Own the measurement and improvement of the effectiveness of the entire learning program 
• Create and improve training content across all formats such as face-to-face and online training material, website content, videos, etc.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Support Team, and Product team to identify gaps in customer knowledge and create focused content 
• Partner with account managers to train new and existing clients to overcome knowledge gaps. 
• Build and train a team of trainers to establish a strong team of product experts to deliver a standardised client training experience.
• Identify and roll out a sophisticated learning management system to enhance the training experience and increase customer engagement
